Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/-
2	Senior Technical Assistant(Hydrometeorology):	01 posts	Candidates have to possess A post Graduate Degree in Meteorology / Physics / Applied Physics/ Geophysics / Mathematics /Statistics.	Maximum age 30 years.	Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4600/-
3	Sr.Technical Assistant (Geophysics):	03 posts	Candidates have to possess Master’s Degree in Geophysics or Applied Geophysics from a recognized University.	Maximum age 30 years.	Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of 4Rs.4600/-
4	Sr.Technical Assistant (Chemical):	02 posts	Candidates have to possess Master’s Degree in Chemistry or Agricultural Chemistry or Soil Science from a recognized University	Maximum age 30 years.	R5s.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4600/-
5	Investigator Gr-II	40 posts	Candidates have to possess Bachelor’s Degree with Statistics or Mathematics or Economics or Commerce as one of the subjects from a recognized University and Certificate/Diploma Course in Computer Operation or Software from a recognized Institution.	Maximum age 30 years.	Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/-

Application Fee

Application fees Rs.50/- only.
Fees are exempted for the candidates of SC/ST/Women/PH and Excerviceman candidates.
payment of examination fee  should be  in the form of CRFS (CENTRAL RECURUITMENT FEE STAMP) available in major Post offices.

Selection Process:

 Candidates fulfilling the minimum prescribed qualifications will be  shortlisted on the basis of their educational qualifications, academic records, percentage of marks,  etc.,  or through a screening test at the discretion of the Commission
